1965 Lincoln Continental

$
19900.00
Lincoln has been building the Continental for a really long time, and by 1961 they were on the fourth generation of the car that would last until 1969. Lincoln was struggling against Cadillac at this time and they were also struggling with profitability putting the future at risk. However, the fourth generation of cars would turn that around for the company. In addition to the famous suicide rear doors, this would be the first time a four-door convertible from a US auto manufacturer would be produced post WWII. This Continental runs and drives sooo nice, quiet and smooth. There are a few items it needs like a couple window switches or motors. There are two spare window motors that come with the car, the A/C was retrofitted at time of restoration and does engage but appears to need a re-charge for ice-cold air. The paint is good but not perfect, the chrome and brite-work is nice, and just an overall very solid good-looking driver Continental. These are pretty hard to find and a very good entry point in to the collector car hobby.
